GENERAL TERMS

You expressly agree that you are solely and entirely responsible and liable for any and all advertisements, announcements, data, text, files, links, software or other materials ("Content") you may post to ReenactorClassifieds ("the Site"). In using the Site, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, embarrass or slander any person, business or entity;
• Transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable with respect to any person, group of persons, business or entity;
• Claim to be or represent any other person, business or entity if you are not expressly authorized by that person, business or entity to do so;
• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to regulations having the force of law, while using or accessing the Site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content to the Site that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

CONTENT

You agree to evaluate and bear the sole and entire risk associated with the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content you post to the Site. As a matter of policy, the Site does not pre-screen or monitor Content, but reserves the right to remove Content that it deems to be in violation of this Agreement.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly agree that use of ReenactorClassifieds is at your own risk. The Site shall not be responsible to you for the accuracy, completenes and reliability of any Content posted on the Site or for the outcomes of any transactions that may result. The Site expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The Site makes no warranty that it will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements. You understand and agree that any Content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in downloads of such Content. To the full extent permissible under applicable laws, the Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use ReenactorClassifieds or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained through your use of the Site.
